We have lived at the villas parkmerced for about 6 months, we like the location, but parking can be a chanllenge sometimes, since we have 2 vehivles, we were given one carport that it is included with the rent, but our second car has to be parked on the street or we have to pay for a second parking. When we just moved in we got a parking ticket since we did not have the city steaker, we did not like that.
We called maitenance for our kitchen sink that overflowed during the thanksgiving holiday and the maitenance technician was very helpful, he came the same day and repaired the clogged. We just wish we have a second parking that we do not have to pay for it.

We had parking. We paid for parking and yet we still had our car towed from OUR parking spot because someone claimed that it was their spot. It took over $300 to get it back and we found out that the apartments double booked a spot! This place is a disaster!

I had a parking spot in the carport and my car (as well as the 5 cars around me) got broken into!!!!!!!
