MY PET RAT LOVED IT! From: TomFulary Date posted: 12/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I recently left Parkmerced, where I had stayed with my pet rat, Roddy, for quite some time. Roddy absolutely loved the place as he was able to roam freely and had plenty of rat friends to play with. If you are a rat owner, I HIGHLY recommend Parkmerced, as it is a HAVEN for rats!
