Nice place... if you're never home.

Having lived in one of the Parkmerced towers for almost three years, I have finally decided that being woken up every morning to the sound of someone jumping rope on hardwood floors is not good for one's sanity. Security is afraid of the tenants, parking is truly non-existant, and there are never enough working washers and dryers. The grounds are dirty (people throw food and even burning toilet paper from their windows!) and if you're never in your apartment, it's an okay place to live.
