Living in Parkmerced is Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I moved into a townhome in Parkmerced about 3 months ago. So far, things are good. I love the size of the living room and Master bedroom. The other bedroom could be a little bigger. I have had a couple issues with neighbors being a little noisy, but after having a nice talk with them, things have gotten better. I love the fact that I am so close to BART and Muni. It's such a big saving on gas! The staff in the office have always been courteous and professional and the few maintenace requests I've had have been addressed in a timely manner. There has been a lot of construction, which doesn't bother me since I'm at work during the day but you can really tell that Parkmerced is making a lot of beautiful improvements.
