I've lived here 4 months now and everythings been great. I have no complaints. I feel safe when I walk in the neighborhood, have also been greeted by the front office and my neighbors are quiet and friendly. I'm looking forward to the Farmer's Market that everyone keeps talking about and I can't wait until my building gets painted! I've seen alot of changes going on since I moved in and although it sometimes feels like overkill I appreciate the efforts Parkmerced makes to keep the community looking nice.
