I live in the towers here, and for the most part have had a very good experience. The management sometimes looses papers, so it's always good to keep copies on file, however the maintenance is great, they respond very quickly.

I think this is a beautiful and quiet property in comparison to other locations in the city and surrounding area. I've really been impressed so far... however I've observed that the experience of tower residents tends to be much more pleasant than town homes.

Also, if you live in a tower and have a car, you have to buy a parking spot which can be expensive, and sometime quite a walk unless you want to fight the nightmare which is city parking.
