Enjoying My New Home

I've been in Parkmerced for eight months now, and it feels like home. At first, coming from a house and going into an apartment, I had some trouble adjusting to the college students who live and visit here (parties!), but once I realized that you can call Courtesy Patrol who will speak to the violators and issue citations, it got a lot better.
I'm not saying there are no problems. They've been working on the plumbing and fire alarms, and the elevators are being replaced, but the towers are in very good shape. One forgets that they were built more than fifty years ago. Notices about work that needs to be done are given to the residents in a timely fashion so that we can plan and arrange things.
Everyone is polite and friendly - leasing, resident services, courtesy patrol, maintenance, gardeners - when I have a problem, I feel confident that it will be addressed. Most recently I had a question come up about the terms of my lease. It was handled by Steve B. in Resident Relations, who was courteous and professional, and managed to resolve my problem to my entire satisfaction in a remarkably short length of time. This has been true of everyone else I have dealt with in the administration of the apartment complex as well.

Sounds like this review is done by someone working for the management somehow.
