A real dump! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 4 responses   This place is awful. In this last month our apartment started to leak. We notifyed Park Merced and they basicly told us to take a number. Their attitude is that of arogance and it really shows they do not care. To those living in Park Merced take your complaints to the city. I did and according to the building inspector that came out we are not alone the more complaints the city recieves about this dump the better. Parking is also a joke with students from the college taking up all of the residential parking.
