This place is awful. In this last month our apartment started to leak. We notifyed Park Merced and they basicly told us to take a number. Their attitude is that of arogance and it really shows they do not care. To those living in Park Merced take your complaints to the city. I did and according to the building inspector that came out we are not alone the more complaints the city recieves about this dump the better.

Parking is also a joke with students from the college taking up all of the residential parking.

My son is living in a Villa and sewage frequently comes out of the kitchen sink and onto the floor - same in the bathroom. They have no way to fix it, they say

I agree with you. This place is very bad. I regret that I have signed on the contract. I definitely move out from here when the rent contract gets over!!!
