The Amazing Parkmerced From: Irina_vartanyan@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2008 2 responses   I personaly think that Parkmerced is a very clean, nice, and safe place to livea in. I have been living in Parkmerced for 9 years. And all these nine years I had nothing to complain to. All this time I had wonderful neighbors, and here on the 11th floor we always had our floor cleaned. There was never noise, and I enjoyed living here. And there was never problem with the parking, there was always a place to park your car. And a couple of weeks ago, they painted our apartments and our floors too, Now it looks even better. So if things turn out well then I will live at Parkmerced for another 9 years.
