What's up guys, so i'm writing this review just to get a $25 gift card offered by the villas leasing office. Not bad, that, and i just got $500 off my rent for signing another year long lease. I live across from the University and have really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to school that i can roll out of bed and still make it on time within 10 min. of class starting. The maintenance dept. has been pretty good about things, haven't had any issues with neighbors, the only downside is that the weather sucks and you're not too close to downtown and the popular nightlife. Although a $25 taxi ride home usually solves that (split of course.:)

Wow, so Parkmerced is now bribing people to write positive reviews for them? Look at the track record, people: just because there's a recent string of positive reviews DOES NOT MAKE THIS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. I remember when the approval rating was around 21%, and now it's up because management is faking reviews and now apparently bribing people. Awesome place. Really.
