Do not listen to the good reviews, they are false and obviously written by Parkmerced employees or something. This place is ghetto, old, dirty, unsafe. Someone crawled into my 2nd story window and stole my roommates laptop, my camera and other things. We think the maintenance people are responsible or this HAS to be an inside job..I mean this many complaints and nothings being done!''' INSANITY!!. They hire ex cons to do this work, do NOT let these people enter your homes. They will enter, look around, then come back and steal your stuff god forbid they will hurt anyone :(

Parkmerced pays people to post good reviews! So, yes, the bad reviews are the real ones!!! Listen to this review - everyone I have talked to has had either their apartment or car broken into while living here!

I was wondering the same thing. On Monday, February 25, 2008, the Parkmerced locksmith came into my home to change my locks which he did in about five minutes and handed me three new keys. On Tuesday, February 26, 2008, when I came home that evening, my 40 inch Samsung flatscreen was gone from my living room, along with my portable tv/dvd/cd player and upstairs in my children's room, their 37 inch flatscreen, playstation and games, and my digital camera were gone. To make matters worse, it was my twin son's 7th birthday. They were too afraid to stay with me that evening and my ex-husband took them to stay with him. Parkmerced has not said a word, nor have they boarded up my back window!
