Parkmerced is a nice place to live in. The apartments are nice and clean. We found the apartment in less than 3 hours. Just the time to sign the contract. And that was it. The fitness center center is also cheap and very convenient.
A place to recommend.

Please read all reviews before believing yet another review that the management company has paid or materially compensated someone with a giftcard or free laundry to write. Oh yeah the clothes dryers have their thermostats turned down to save energy and you have to pay for 3-5 cycles to get your clothes dry. That adds up to real money!
