This place is downright crappy.
The management is downright crappy.
The outside is nice and well maintained but that is to cover up the inside.
Unless you really don't have a choice, try renting somewhere else... I have spent 10 years in the Bay Area and ever the crappiest of my landlords will never ever compare to the lack of interest management has.
I was reading the previous review and the fact that management can't do ANYTHING and everything is referred to their lawyers is the biggest scam in the city.
Seriously, find somewhere else to rent. You will be miserable here.

That is the biggest problem is the managements lack of interest. They claim they cannot do anything but they can. I have lived in apartments that have no nonsense policies. They could take care of any problems they came up against. Parkmerced does not want to lose money, so they will not do anything that might chase away a buck.
