I'm a resident here for just 4 months. I have bad experience about the maintenance office for Parmerced. I have scheduled an appoinment to have my door repair in urgent, but it tooks me 4 times to wait for this service but no ones is coming to fix my door. The office member keep saying someone had repair it, but sounds no ones responsible to this case. I had waited at the specific time that I require for the service guy come over, but really no ones comes. The most terrible is the 4th time I call them again and they left me a note that they missed us, and I dont hear any bell ring or door knock at the time I just sit and wait. They are just too mean to did this to resident by lazy repairing stuff. Where should I complaint to solve this problem' I don't know should I make the complain here and who I need to talk about this case. Please help me!

it's a waste of time complaining to anyone there. This place completely sucks and they will just keep screwing you over. MOVE OUT!!! Move out before you face anymore problems and it gets worse. Everything in this entire complex sucks. The resident relations staff do not provide any service. They are incompetent and very badly trained. The maintenance people have too much on their hands because this whole complex is just waiting to fall apart and there is just not enough time to fix EVERYTHING. So, they just paint the place and water the lawns to give the impression that this is the best place on earth to live. MOVE!!!

You are right! They start to paint, water the lawn in this neighbourhood an dmaking it look nice to attract the new tenant. I will move after my contract end, and prefer to buy a house better than rent. The rental fees is higher than own a house at this time.
