I faced the exact same problem as the reviewer a few reviews previous to mine, the one with a blog.
These idiots moved ALL of my stuff out of my storage without first informing me (which they claimed they did) and now I have stuff missing. Like the reviewer (with a blog), I complained, but they gave me a form to fill out to be sent to their attorneys in LA. I don't freaking have the receipts to these things. Why would I be keeping receipts for things I purchase 10 years ago'''' I know it's not worth as much as it was 10 years ago, however, if you lose my stuff, I have to replace it and it won't cost what it did 10 years ago...
If anyone has a suggestion as to how I can go about collecting money from these f**king rip off artistes, please drop me an e-mail at liongav@aol.com. I don't want to waste money fighting they freaking corporate lawyers. However, if I can get nothing out of this, I want everyone to know that this place will possibly STEAL your stuff.
As with other reviewers, the maintenance here is not very timely.
As with other reviewers, the so called "resident relations" do not create any relations with the residents. They are rude. They are hopeless. They just DO NOT KNOW how to deal with your issues. In fact, sometimes they are downright RUDE!!!
As with other reviews, the management here just SUCKS.

If you are reading this, read the other reviews too. Don't move here. You WILL regret. Their rent might be just slightly cheaper than other places in SF, but the headache from their total lack of interest (after you move in) is not enough to justify paying just a little less than other places in SF.

THEY SUCK!

A maintenance staff person looked at peeling paint in my bathroom in January 2008. He said there's a long waiting list for service for similar problems. Nothing done yet. Reports of open storage room and utility closet doors in my tower building were addressed by the next day recently. Some things take a long time; others are taken care of fast. Go figure. Some hallway floors don't get vacuumed regularly. Requests have to be made.

I received a notice when they cleanined out the storage areas and merely moved my stuff while they made some repairs. It was no big deal. My guess is that you did not pay attention to the notices sent out. Sometimes I think everyone who rents an apartment here in San Francisco are a bunch of sissies that expect the world handed to them on a plate. News Flash - That's not the case. No matter how you look at it, this place is looking pretty good to me with all the upgrades they are doing. I hear they are putting in a gym and a business center in every tower. I see they are building that now. Go find that somewhere else where you have this all to yourself and do not have to share it with the entire property.

renterwithflair seems to enjoy their higher rent they now will be paying for the "upgrades" that the rest of us call basic maintenance. There is already a gym in the main building dear - and only select people get to use it for free. So how mush are you wanting to pay over your $2200 2-bedroom "deal"
