I lived there for 2 years and it hated it...
1. Worst management, --------, the manager is a jackass. Employees dont know anything, they are not trained.
2. Buildings are NASTY. They dont clean the hallways.
3. Elevators dont work.
4. Doors dont have security. When you move in they talk to you about the security but they dont work.
5. The rents are high ILEGALLY. They have been sued for it.

There was a court decision against the owners of this complex for illegally using mechanisms to get people in at a lower rent and then increase that rent after a year.

Sometimes the hallways are vacuumed, when you call the maintenance office and tell them the hall is dirty.
