My experience at Parkmerced is exactly opposite of most of the other reviews here. My family is always dealt with in a courteous and professional manner, while anytime we have required service, it has been timely and well done. We too live in a tower building and enjoy ocean views and renovations that are really nice. Just wanted to let others know.

Oh by the way guys can you see if I sent in my rent check on time. also can you send your repair guys over, its been almost 4 months and my pipes still leak!!!

I think it's all about opinion. One person can have a fantastic time living there, while another could absolutely hate it. Personally, my husband and I looked at Parkmerced and we're going to be moving there soon because we loved it.
