PRICING IS OUTRAGES, COMPARE WITH QUALITY OF LIVING, SAFETY, RUDE PERSONNEL, AND PARKING AS WELL. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA ANY TIME THEY CAN. BAD, BAD PLACE, OVERPRICED. FIND SOMETHING ELSE.

The only thing you really have to say is that the pricing is outrageous? Um, shouldn't you have known that BEFORE you moved in. C'mon people, give some legit reviews on stuff that future tenants want to hear about!

What is the pricing? I am a prospective resident and have seen four extremely confusing ads for a 1-bedroom posted on craigslist just today. In one ad, it quotes four different prices for a 1 bedroom apartment, ranging from $1399 to $1952; that is quite a large gap. In another ad, the title quotes one price, and the ad quotes a price which is $400 higher. They seem disorganized just from their advertising. This is definitely a deterent to moving there.
