I lived here for a year and i couldn't wait to get out. Parkmerced is very deceiving with rent, utilities, condition of the houses...someone was living in our house illegally and left our place disgusting upon moving in and parkmerced didn't even know about it. The staff at the leasing office never knows what is going on and there is often a huuuuuuge miscommunication between the maintenance office and them! Parkmerced is very inconsistent with their policies only enforcing them when it's convenient. The rent is ridiculous for what you get and i definintely think it is not worth it to live here. If they find ONE issue with you, they will bother you about every little thing and single you out. Don't live here! a box is better than parkmerced, at least you get privacy instead of being stalked. All they want is to get your money and that's it. I wish that they would change their ways because then everyone would feel welcome to live here and not just adults. STUDENTS DONT GIVE IN TO THEIR B.S. they just take advantage of you.

psssh, you are telling students not to move in, man do i love you. students are really the core of all our problems. students and proprerty owners (along with the idiot people that they hire) are the problem. i can do all their jobs with my hands tied behind my back. for people looking into parkmerced i say: Run! Run for the hills!!!! (and yes i know what i am talking about. i have lived here for only 20 years -.-)
