If you don't want to believe any of the reviews go ahead and check the place out and you will see that they don't take care of it. The towers are a disgrace and smelly and dirty. There is always trash on the grounds and all over. The front doors seldom work so there are no security doors! The partying goes on all the time and nobody does anything about it. There is stuff always on the ground where peoople throw things out the windows and then it just stays there. There is no caring on how the property looks. You will find it out if you take a tour, just look around and see all of the crap and the landscaping is a joke. They don't know how to take care of the lawn and the weeds. They just don't care on how the property looks. Oh they say they do all of these wonderful things and maybe so but we would rather have the property looking nice then having some of the other amenities. I am so embarrassed at times when I have friends over. They just don't care so be careful of what they try to sell you on. Yes the apartments are nice and big and the townhouses are nice but there is more to apartment living then that. All I can say is check it out. Walk around and look at the stuff and how they clean especailly around the towers. They don't care what people put in the windows an it looks like the projects at times.

this apartment community sucks. even though they say its not student housing, it definitely is expensive student housing. most of the units have no dishwasher, the bathroom sink has no counter, the bathroom is extremely small and most of the rooms are small. does this not sound like student housing? student housing = small rooms, smaller kitchen, least amenities and crazy prices. the parking situation is also not great. you have to pay 100$ a month to get a fixed spot. they also have high rises. if you drive by them, they look run down and disgusting. they def have done a good job in maintaining the lobbies of the high rises. the have taken over all the area south of SFSU leaving very few other options. these properties were build in 1940 making it very very old. im not gonna stay in this pathetic community.
