I've been living in a townhome for almost a month now and I had a horrible experience with the Leasing Office. They are unorganized and will tell you things you want to hear to get you to move in. Do not deal with -------- He kept lying and lying to me. I hear that ----- is a good guy to deal with. When I had problems with my kitchen drain, maintenance had to come twice to fix this and I had to tell them to use a snake. Other bad things are that you have to pay for a carport, water and garbage which I think is ridiculous but what can you do.

On a positive note, they are a pet friendly community. I have never had any problems finding parking but that is because I live on one of the last blocks from State College. The Resident Services are really helpful but hard to get a live person.

Overall, I give this place 3 stars. I am hoping management gets better in the future or I will move.
