I am happy to live in my apartment...I haven't moved out yet so I don't know about the cleaning fee, but I like it the fact that the apartment is very clean and modern and that it is at a very convenient location. If you're looking for a neighborhood quality of Pacific Heights or Marina, you shouldn't live here, but this secure building makes me feel safe.
