If you are a single travel tech. it's not too bad, but don't bring your family! It borders some pretty unsafe areas. Our car was broke into the "secure parking garage". During the summer parties are held in the safeway parking lot till all hours of the night. There is no air conditioning so you have no choice but to listen to the partying outside. DO NOT under estimate how loud the recylcling center is.
