I lived at Webster for 3 months in the summer (summer clerkship) and I never dealt with any rain issues, so I can't comment there. I found the apartment okay, a bit pricey, but not too bad for SF.

Getting into the parking lot was SCARY since you have to get out of your car to open the gate. It doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to change that, and might be a good idea since the neighborhood isn't the best.

Otherwise, the management wasn't bad, they let me in without my key a few times at night without charging me, and the premises were kept clean. It got a little hot in summer, but there a was a pretty good breeze if you left the windows open. My apartment faced Geary St, so it was a little noisy, but not like the recycling center!

It was nice having a grocery store, dry cleaners and Thai food so close!
