management is management but the apartments are worth it! This unit is totally bigger than the one I used to live in on Van Ness and the neighborhood is better , lots less homeless. we get to sit on our own private porch and people watch in the parking lot, the view I have of cathedral hill and City hall is kick ass! I had to call to have someone fix my diswasher and trash disposal, took a couple of days but I didnt go hungry because there are many restuarants nearby. As for the rent, I am laughing all the way to the bank, my roommates and I take turns paying because we can afford it!
