To whom it may concern:

The purpose of this letter it to communicate to the property managment of Webster Tower & Terrace ("WTT") my sincere appreciation for the courteous, effecient and professional level of customer service I experience each time I have the opportunity to interact with Sally and Deanna.

While I have only maintained residence at WTT for a short period of time, the past few months has been a real pleasure in terms of working with both these women, and on every occasion. NO matter what issue may be- a missing knob, a leaky pipe, fixing a door to close properly, or supervising a delivery made within my apartment while I'm at the office- Sally and Deanna have been nothing short of terrific to deal with; I truly appreciate their assistance and willingness to make certain I am happy as a resident of WTT.

please accept this letter as my formal way of saying "thank you" for having such professional individuals as the ones you have in Sally and Deanna.

Notice how this letter is anonymous? and it goes to show you that the management have only ONE tenant out of hundreds who will vouch for them... crap is crap no matter how smiley the management is and they smile because they have nothing to say to you and cant communicate, I speak their language and they cant even get that right! my parents were mortified when they came to visit me, the management tried to speak to them in their native tounge but they have been in this country for too long it does not sound right go to school for english or chinese but get one of them straight PLEASE
