i lived in webster 1bedroom for 2years,
management ladys are top class,
and you also get sound proof from your neighbors, great!!
don't remember hearing a thing, plenty of laundry,
best of all great view.

"Management ladies are top class"??? Did you deal with Nelly or Helen? I think most of the management you're referring to has quit since then. They now have a whole new staff and it is worse than ever!

I think the management is top something but its minus the C and the L ..... you can tell any postive review here is from them , and the other anonymous commenter is right, everyone else quit because the owners are dip sheets...
