Please do yourself a favor and do not move into this horribly managed disaster of an apartment complex. My husband and I are in the process of moving out and have realized how unorganized and deceitful the staff is.

We took over another tenant's lease in August, lived in the apartment literally 3 months total because of travel, etc. and are now moving out early because we hated it there so much. From the getgo, our apartment had a horrible stench that never left no matter how much you cleaned. W now think it was mold under the carpets or floors. There is no air vent in the bathroom and it got awfully sticky in the apartment which is a great environment for mold growth. There was no air conditioning, which you would assume you wouldn't need in a city like San Francisco, but even on 50 degree days our apartment got up to 85 if it was sunny and that was with all the blinds closed.

Aside from the lousy facilities and loud neighbors who carelessly throw their ciggarettes on our balcony (we counted 30 butts once), the neighborhood is what turned us off most. We felt unsafe walking to the supermarket across the parking lot from the apartment because of the characters who hang out in that neighborhood. There's a recycling center in that same parking lot that attracts a lot of usual suspects with noise all night long as well as nonstop car alarms. There are homeless kids with their dogs living under the stairs you have to take to get up to the pedestrian cross walk and the stench of urine is incredible.

To top everything off, our move-out experience has been THE WORST we've ever experienced. We are both very clean and conscientious renters and have taken immaculate care of the walls, carpet, flooring, cabinets, etc. However, Webster Tower insists that our 10 year old looking kitchen linoleum flooring was somehow damaged by us (the scratches/dents look to be at least 10 years old and we actually bought a carpet to place over top of it because it was so ugly upon move-in!) So they're charging us to replace the entire thing. They said it would probably cost half of our deposit (that's $500) INTERESTING THAT THEY'RE ALSO SLOWLY RENNOVATING ALL OLD APARTMENTS TO HAVE HARD WOOD FLOORS IN THE KITCHEN, HMMMMMMM..... They are also charging us to recarpet the entire bedroom because of an apparant mark they noticed upon move-out inspection that suspiciously wasn't found in their records of move-in inspection. When I asked to look at the move-in inspection document, it was completely blank. When I asked to see previous inspection documents of former tenants to see if they were charged for the kitchen flooring and bedroom carpet, they couldn't locate the files! So wait, because THEY LOST FILES ON PREVIOUS MOVE-IN DAMAGE INSPECTIONS, WE GET ACCUSED OF MAKING THEIR 10 YEAR OLD FURNISHINGS NOT LOOK BRAND NEW!' We tried to fight it, but it's pointless in trying to discuss things rationally and intelligently because they can hardly hold a conversation in English.

Like I said, don't live here. You get crappy furnishings and old apartment fixtures and then get charged for taking GREAT CARE of their cheap stuff so they can replace it with new stuff. It's a SCAM and it's not worth any amount of money invested in this place. So glad we moved out, even if we're $1000 out! Good riddance.

I really disagreed what you say. I have experience that their staff provide in good customer service I've never been.
