these people here work hard to lease you the apartment then when you need something they are no where to be found. high employee turn over and trash apartment views out all side of the building. when i went to the open house I saw more than one apartment all the same either looking at homeless on geary or crazy safeway parking lot. seems like one family owns and manages the building you see them in the office one day and then they dissapear if you can find security to call them they act like they are famous but I bet they are scared because they wont pay peoples deposit back or give them a fair price on a rental. Mayor ought to shut the place down. running a bulldozer through the apartments ( or is it just one big parking garage with a living room') would only improve it. wait until i add photos! i was living in the tenderloin before, it was much better there than here.

I agree that it was very bad place to live here. I rather live at Tenderlion.

I had the worst move-out experience ever! The management here WILL RIP YOU OFF! They take advantage of their tenants like I've never seen.
