Don?t live there. it?s like a madhouse/elderly psychiatric building, crazy tenants, irresponsible manager who tells his assistant to do everything or refer you to the program services people who don?t know management issues. some security issues with questionable visitors of the tenants coming in and out. fire alarm always get set off for no reason. younger tenants knock on your door at night for money. recreation staff can be very mean and bossy during food distribution time. apartments are very tiny. hallways are stinky. the only responsive person is the maintenance staff. if you have section 8 voucher, GO RENT SOMEPLACE ELSE.
