Needs to expand conference/professional... Needs to expand conference/professional space. The space is very small and often reserved. Other buildings have much larger spaces, and for a building used primarily for corporate housing then conference/professional are needs a lot of improvement.

the sun facing apartments get way too hot during the day. better blinds would help, which can keep the sun out.
