Villas Parkmerced (formerly Parkmerced) 29% Recommended May 06 2008: I lived there for 2 years and it hated it... 1. Worst management, --------, the manager is a jackass. Employees dont know anything, they are not trained. 2. Buildings are NASTY. They dont clean the hallways. 3. Elevators dont work. 4. Doors Villas Parkmerced (formerly Parkmerced) 29% Recommended May 05 2008: Let's see.... I live in one of the high-rise apartment buildings (55 Chumasero Dr.) In short, the Villas suck. If you'd like to know some of the things that have helped shape this opinion of mine, read on. - The basement and lobby Empire Court Apartments 50% Recommended May 04 2008: I've lived here for a year now and let me tell you that coming from a bran new place in seattle to an old building in sf is total culture shock. I pay 1050 for a decent sized studio on South Beach Marina Apartments 78% Recommended May 03 2008: We lived here for two years. Loved the convenience of the area. When we needed things fixed it was done very quickly. Office staff were friendly and helpful. When we moved out the inspection was very reasonable. We moved out Archstone Fox Plaza (formerly Fox Plaza Apartments) 36% Recommended May 02 2008: I lived in Fox Plaza for a year and a half. To be honest, the only redeeming characteristics of this building are the views (which are beautiful), and Starbucks. They do have a gym, which is a nice commodity, but |
