Not Recommended - Lived here from 2006-2007. This place is way way overpriced for what you are getting and they will raise your rent almost $200 after your lease is up. you can find things better a few blocks away for up to 400 bucks less a month. GREAT PLACE This is a great place to live. It is one of the most pet friendly buildings in the city. Great gym that was recently remolded and responsive management. Free starbucks coffee in the lobby. Whole foods is across the street.
