Not Recommended - Lived here from 2006-2007. Parkmerced sucks !!! They charge for garbage, water, parking,.... and sewage!!! Every drop of water you use, is counted towards your sewage use!!!
The apartment do not have a dish washer, a washing machinr or dryer.
You have to fight with your neighbors everytime you need to do

Quality Market Rate Building These apartments are a very good modern building. They are close to downtown but far enough to not feel very busy. Garden on one side city green belt on other side.
Close to hospitals and dental school. Nice manager. Very clean. Am coming back to city early next year

Worst office staffs ever seen. My car was broken into while in the garage. Old apartments and overpriced. Dirty elevators. Linda Hall one of the staff hangs up the phone on you instead of transferring to her supervisor to discuss the issue. If you can fine place somewhere else do it.
