Great place to live! The manager Kari Calderon is a great manager, friendly and she gets things done in a timely manner. The maintenance man, Juan gets on problems quickly and fixes them right the first time. It is quiet and safe. All in all a great place to live.

Tenant from #121, Duel Bwi Its great to live here, we´re near the 10,210 freeways. We´re close to restaurant row, santa anita mall. The management is great and specially the Manager Mr. Mario Arias is really good at what he does.

This apartment is terrible! The apartment is in a nice area, but the security gate is constantly left open by management. This has lead to several burgaries in recent years. Only lived here two years and it was a nightmare! The management company JB Property, LLC hires the most idiotic
