The Management of 101 San Fernando is the bottom of the barrel. Since we moved in we have been met with nothing but problems.
Constant fire alarm inspection, pranks, rude kids, sleazy prostitutes, drug addicts, unemployed bums, etc etc etc....
First off, they lost our lease contract. Very poor bookkeeping and accounting skills.
I live with another roomie, we pay our rent on time, quiet etc., and do not get the respect in return.
DONT RENT HERE, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. I used to live Coronade (down the street) which is older than this place, but far exceeds this place, here they simply ignore you, NO EXCUSE! Remember who your customers are.
