Renting 101 San Fernando is a nightmare. For those of you that were in the military, trust me, you might as well go back into the barracks. I am ecstatic about my lease expiring. A short description of what to expect at this place:

Noise Level: Throughout the night (esp. bad on weekends, well here, weekends starts on Thursdays), the noise is constant and unbearable. The very bad thing is that kids drinking and partying all night and hanging out acting as if they own the place. The courtyards and conference center in the lobby(next to the mailroom) often gets occupied by these same kids doing who knows what. Between drunk kids screaming at eachother, howling bums, parties, airplanes (it's very close to San Jose airport) and the endless roar of police and car racers. It is amazing anyone can sleep here.

Now the Management....Dealing with management has been my WORST experience of all!!!! They are very unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. If they tell you anything or try to get an issue resolved, GET IT IN WRITING and make xerox copies for your sake.

Standard of Living: The entire complex is infested with shady people. For how high the rent is, the apartment is really not worth your money.

All in all, this place s#@ks!!! This outlines a brief description of what I saw at the apartment complex during the year I lived there.
