Uneducated, inexperienced, rude and unprofessional management

Finally some REAL opinions here!!! This is a breath of fresh air seeing people finally speak up about the downward spiral 101 San Fernando has made. I am so happy to see that actual residents/ex residents (as
opposed to office staff )are getting to post their opinions...and the majority rules: 101 San Fernando luxury apartments are a thing of the past. I was fortunate to be around for the times when a person was still
listened to even after the lease was signed. Take it from someone who knows, has lived in more than just 1 apartment, has been a perfect, quiet, understanding and patient tenant...this place is absolutely horrible. No
one expects their management to bend over backwards for their tenants...even with the ridiculous rent they pay each month. But for $1400.00 a month, I don't want my building managed by a group of uneducated, inexperienced, rude, and unprofessional girls (pretending to still be teenagers) led by a manager on a power-trip and a lack of ability to get a real date so he just has his "office girls" work "overtime" on, I mean, for him. Also, I think it is pretty pathetic that the manager has the "authority" to make decisions to reduce employee rent from $1400.00 to $5.00 literally (that is some employee discount--yeah right, employee discount my ***). A lot of the other workers deserve such a rent reduction, so give it to them, not to the ones that stand around the receptionist counter standing guard to block the office door of the precious manager in case a resident has the nerve to want to speak with him. Do yourself a favor, listen to the opinions on here... Good and bad, just as long as you know which are real opinions and not just some "cover-up" done by the management since they regularly check this board...here's a hint to help you: ALL GOOD OPINIONS ARE FAKE!!! Don't you think it is an odd coincidence that shortly after the corporate office was advised to check this message board, the ratings QUICKLY WENT from horrible to "everyone is lying about 101. this place is so so great. the office staff is so absolutely, positively wonderful, and smart, and completely the opposite of everything negative any one has been saying on this website"' It's clear that some people want to keep their $5 rent and paycheck...it's just a shame that they can't do it simply by being good employees and caring management staff. I say, do your job and stop wasting time covering up what you all need to fix. Stop standing around the receptionist counter all freaking day and DO YOUR JOB (if you can remember what that is--and no it is not "manager's bodyguard") In the end, you won't be able to keep the real facts (and the sad, pathetic truth) covered up and you'll be out of a job, if you can even call servicing the manager a job.
