I rented here within the past 30 days, and everything looked good, I like the place and the apartment and the area. The leasing agent was very nice and knew the property very well. I went home and thought about things. I was discussing this place with my friend, and she told me about this website. So I went online, and wow, it was just so hard to believe these people are talking about the same place. The next day, I called the office and spoke to the leasing agent who had helped me the day before. I asked some direct questions about some of the issues, such as management and the staff. Regarding that issue, she said she has never heard a complaint, she has been told by different people that the complex has changed a lot for the better since the new manager started. I went back to the complex that day, just to see if anything looked amiss. I ran into a guy who lived there, and I asked him if he liked it. He said he did. I asked him about noise, he said he's never had problems. Next I asked him about problems inside his apartment and he told me he'd had some small things but the work was done correctly and promptly. I asked about parking, he told me he liked it because it was gated and underground. Lastly, I asked about the staff. He said the staff was great, he likes all the girls in the office and the manager, too. Since I moved in, I haven't had any problems. I don't know who is writing all the bad reviews, but you are lying. You suck.
