Don't be Swayed by Fake Reviews

As I read the reviews here, it's almost certain that the management staff(s) wrote most of, if not all of, the good reviews. They all say nearly the exact same thing; they lived there for some period of time, and that the managers are professional, friendly, tenants are happy and all. First off, the tenants that retains relations with the management is either fakers trying to s$*k up, or have other hidden motives. Unhappy residents probably do not approach the management too often; much less having a conversation with them in their office.
Notice all of the negative reviews say the same thing, too; that management is poor.
The management staffs at leasing office are most likely the one writing the good reviews. On top of the fact that they all say the same thing... why would someone who's STILL living there go onto a site searching for apartments to live in, just to write a review about the ones they live in' If they're so happy there, they would NOT be looking for different apartments. As for the bad reviews, it just seems that these incompetant (the entire management) are making some residents' lives more difficult and unpleasant.
I suggest avoiding 101 San Fernando.
You probably don't want to deal with some of these buffoons who have nothing better to do, but writing fake reviews on this site!
One last note, the maintenance people are pretty cool and I had no problems with them. They are very hard working people.
