Avoid Like the Plague

This used to be okay place to live until the new management took over last year. There is not much more I can add to the previous posters' remarks; they hit the nail on the head. This place is a disaster. The maintenance staffs are cool, however they are sadly at the will of the management company and therefore not much they can do for you. I have lived in this building for over 1 year now and have sadly seen the management and the quality of tenants decline (quite rapidly particularly in the last year and a half). I am proud to say I will soon be moving out and I'm sure they'll do nothing to clean the place and rent it to some new unsuspecting schmuck for 3 times what I'm paying now. If you're still considering moving in here after reading these posts (the positive one was likely written by managers and/or someone from the management), you need to get your head checked!
