A recurrent complaint among residents of 101 San Fernando is the uncooperative nature of management. Managers (Manager and Assistant Manager)in particular (who shall remain nameless, because they will contact this website to delete our complaints like they have done it before), creates a number of enemies with their stinky, incompetant, and "resident is always wrong" approach to customer service. As you can obviously see from the positive ratings they posted here, they have no remorse or deligence to get things resolved in response to tenants' problems. They are nothing, but reactionary fools. I missed many packages because the front office signs for them, but then sometimes by chance, UPS or FEDEX negligently forget to leave a slip, the office NEVER tells you that they have them.
