It is so funny how every negative comment sounds exactly the same. I have lived here for over year & yes there is noise but it is an apartment complex. I just heard of this web site, & if I was aware of it sooner I would have wrote how much I like living here. The office staff has changed over the years, but it has only gotten better. I enjoy down town living. You pay for the location rather then the apartment. The resident views the apartment before they rent it-so they know what they are getting. It is not a hidden secret. I say come down and check it out yourself-the people posting the negative comments have no life-especially if it is a group of friends who had a bad experience-which I am sure people do. It is not a perfect complex-but it is a nice one.
