THE WORST

I lived at 101 San Fernando for 9 months and it was the worst experience I've ever had as a tenant. Do not be fooled by its appearance, it looks nice but it is not. So many things go wrong at this place that it would take me forever. So, in general: The WORST management you could ever encounter, everything is a hassle from the mail to the parking, the noise is unbearable, not only from the street, which is normal is such a location, but from the people living here. Perhaps the biggest problem is the dishonesty of the people that run the place. Before I moved to 101 San Fernando two different people warned me about how bad it was, but because it was pretty and new I thought: Nah, they are probably to too picky. Six months later I really wish I would have listened to their warnings and not wasted my money in such a way.

P.S. To stinky management - cut it. I know it's you who's writing all the positive reviews.
