We Hate 101 San Fernando- Crime is High, Rents are Higher

This place is horrible and the management is totally insensitive and greedy. We got more than 40% increase for the renewal and cost us to pay an extra 100 a month to park our cars else where, because they took one of the assigned spots from us late last year. The people they let move in here now are totally ghetto, our new neighbor looks like snoop doggy dog and his entourage. There have been countless incidents within the complex and the the office does nothing and they accept no responsibility. They supposed to be helping us, but they want nothing more than tenants like myself to go away, to shut up or just give in.
We are moving out. We are not going to renew this place, NO WAY!!!!!!!!
