I would just like to add that my experience with 101 San Fernando was BAD. Be careful of their move out charges. Being evil and dishonest that they are, they take advantage of being behind the big corp and power, and run you through the ringer. Manager is a coward, he ducks from responsibilities, and instead makes his subordinates do all the paper work. My moving out bill was signed by an assistant manager lady.
