I lived there for 1 1/2 years and the only reason I didn't leave sooner was because my school was down the street. 101 San Fernando has a decent maintenance and cleaning staff. That is about the only thing thats going for them. They lost my lease, so they asked me to go in there to resign a stupid paper. That's only the begining, I lived next door to an escort service girls who brought their customers all night (got worse on weekends), slamming doors daily and 'hijacked' one of the hallways using cell phones and talking loud around 2-3 AM in the morning. There are also a number drug dealers/addicts inside this complex and they are rude.
And the personnels in the office are as horrible if not worse than what everyone else has said about them. They rearranged and/or took our parking spaces and it was a total hassle. I hate them for interrupting my routine. Also, sometime last year, the current manager wrote a stupid notice saying not to dump cat litters into a shute, because it supposedly causes the fire alarm to go off or something of that nature. Yeah right, a big fat liar! I don't buy that lame comment.
It really is a terrible place to live, and I'm glad I finally left. I wouldn't recommand this place to anyone.
