Having experienced many unpleasant incidents as a former tenant at 101 San Fernando, I'm happy to have found this site to warn other folks.

There is nothing more despicable to see staffs at 101 San Fernando writing spurious claims against people who posted low ratings here. Little did they know that many of us didn't want to remain silent in the face of substandard management. As a matter of fact, they should be grateful that they are not receiving small claims court summons.

I understand that there will be some errors, problems and so on while living in an apartment. It is something we all will probably go through at some time. But EXCESSIVE PROBLEMS and INCONVENIENCES are NOT ACCEPTABLE. I feel the management should take a look at these problems that are repeated constantly in this forum, create a plan and FIX THEM! But, I know they don't care, that is why I think they should all leave or get dismissed. They also need to find some way to compensate their tenants for such inconveniences! A cup of ice cream and community luncheon for taking away parking spaces doesn't cut it. It is clear that none of these posters will be renewing their leases, and that is a lot of lost money for the complex. I was never compensated in any way and that's why I left. It was hilarious to receive their renewal notice; they wanted to raise my rent by more than 40%!!!!! (if not siginging a one year lease) NO Thank you!!!!!!!! I'm not recommending this complex to anyone.
