Management Ruin the Complex

I moved out of this project recently and I have no regrets whatsoever. I'm very happy that I no longer have to deal with them.
I remember when they were relatively new back in 2001 and when I thought 101 San Fernando was a decent place to live if you were affluent but did not own a local home in the area.
Not anymore. The complex has been completely let go. Of course, any good management team can turn a bad property into a jewel, but present management team is a very bad ingredient in 101 San Fernando.
Each one of them has had the same training, it seems, in how to schmooze customers INTO the property, then completely let go of service.
Granted, its urbanisque flashy exterior appearance and its location of 101 San Fernando is okay, if you go to SJSU or work in the area. It's right in the very heart of downtown San Jose and it is hard to find someting as well-placed. But trust me that it is the location and ONLY the location that keeps 101 San Fernando in business. Don't expect to get any deals from this management team when it comes to your renewal - they will only give you a horrible inflated quote. They are very very bad and greedy.
Last note, yes, many of the tenants here are rude.
