Me and my roommates have been living here since 2003 and the only reason why we're still here is because school is just across the street. I understand that living in a downtown area in any major city can have its downfalls such as bad parking and noise complaints so its not TOO BAD. YES, they took away TWO of our spots which forced me to leave my car on Jackson Street which is BLOCKS away. I have to have someone drop me off or pick me up when I need my car. But that's not much of a complaint for me. The biggest complaint is THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. They just keep getting worse and worse. They constantly lie to you and give you bogus fees. They don't even have to professionalism to even PRINT OUT THE FIGURES THEY TELL YOU! Sure, they have their calculators on hand and they're deducting numbers and adding numbers here and there, but their accountant won't even write it down for you. Excuse me, shouldn't everything be on paper''' Where's the professionalism in that' And they'll supposedly send you a letter if you didn't fully pay for rent...which you have 3 days to pay up or "your file will be sent to our legal department where you can get evicted and your credit will get messed up." EXCUSE ME, I DIDN'T GET THE LETTER. So don't accuse me of LYING. Turns out that since my roommate has a common last name, "oops" they accidently credited her rent to someone else's. When they make their mistakes they don't even like to confront you after, they'll get someone else from management to do it. For months we'd get these letters that said we owe them money and then find out after stressing for days about what is going on that "oops, its our fault."
