I've been a resident at 101 San Fernando for almost a year. Now that I'm done with school, I'm ready to pack and move elsewhere. I've had just enough of this place. The present management is totally wicked. The apartment was more than adequate for a single guy. The real problem was the horrible office team here. Most staffs here were always rude and ungrateful.
Maybe it's time for them to realize that if it wasn't for the tenants, they wouldn't be getting paid here in the firstplace.
Don't expect to receive any respect from the assistant manager and the manager. They are the worst and shouldn't be trusted. Once they have your money and a lease forget about ever getting an ounce of service from them. Seek living accomodations elsewhere!!!

P.S. Rumors of hookers and drugs are true. I personally witnessed drug deals right under my eyes in the courtyard.
