Total Lack of Professionalism and Care - Bad Mgmt

It is sad to have such a decent looking complex under managers that just do not care. Crime and the demographic of residents here are getting worse (it seems), if they cared they would do more, but I know they don't. I know they keep letting low-income residents because that's one of the few options that are left to these stinky management now. Management has changed last year for the worse (though assistant manager lady has been working here long before this manager kicked in). The entire management is just here for a paycheck that is obvious. The assistant manager is a moody person and just out in out rude now. We regret not walking out when we first walked in there to check the apartments, because we remember seeing this assistant manager lady who just sat there and didn't even say hello, smile or came to help us. If it wasn't for Sufani, a very professional leasing agent (who quit after we moved in 2003), we probably didn't even consider getting this apartment in the first place. If you want to have your care stolen, parking priviledge getting snatched by these people, dealing with spoiled punk college kids, ghetto people, and being scared to walk outside at dark-priceless- you can move in here and waste your money like a complete fool. We learned a hard lesson. We are moving out as soon as we get our degrees from SJSU in several months.
