Management is exceptionally poor. Most of the time, you have to remind the staff again & again to get them to act on your problem. Forget about it also if you have problem(s) with other tenants, the staff either just ignore you and pretend like nothing happened. They reallt don't want to act on the problem, because they don't care. The "much touted" controlled access doesn't really offer any protection. One day, my psychotic family members (whom I terminated the contact) decided to show up and stalk me. Guess what' this great management allowed them into the premise, and much to my disgust, they were bugging me by ringing the bell, leaving yucky notes to my door; this should have never happened. I also don't trust their boss Forest City Management. When you go to their website, they don't even disclose whom to contact for problems; much less have customer service phone # or email. Very fishy company. I'd never rent from 101 San Fernando and Forest City owned properties.
